Frequently Asked Questions for First Maitz: Selected Works by Don Maitz - Signed 1st Children's Picture Book with numerous illustrations from the From the Library of Steve Sherman
What should I do if my contact details change after ordering?
Identify which contact detail changed rather than requesting an unspecified account update. Check each affected order when several purchases are active.
What should I check when current terms differ from my saved order information?
Look for dates or version references that help explain the difference. Check whether a special condition was recorded for your particular order.
What should I check when a price is displayed in an unfamiliar currency?
Review your payment confirmation for the amount actually recorded. Do not assume a later conversion will produce the original local amount.
