Compliance Audits

Our Services

Compliance Audits

We have a team of highly experienced and qualified compliance auditors offer a comprehensive range of auditing and consulting services.

Audits on Asbestos activities (e.g. Asbestos Removal, Asbestos Surveys, and Asbestos Analytical Services) are used for a variety of reasons by our clients. Whether it is for an asbestos removal company; who require an independent audit as part of a contract agreement for license purposes, or a company; who periodically have to ensure that their building complies with health and safety guidance and legislation in accordance with their Asbestos Management Plans, as required the health and safety executive(HSE).

For instance, our compliance audits are specifically designed to aid your business by ensuring your property complies with the requirements, which are set in the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2012. These audits are focused on identifying who could be at risk for these potential asbestos hazards.

Once the hazardous potential has been recognised, we then suggest methods that can be implemented to reduce the risk to an acceptable level.

Why Choose Cube for your Compliance Audits?

Unfortunately the quality of the various asbestos consultancies and the individuals employed by them varies to an enormous extent.  Whilst UKAS accreditation does go some way to ensuring that a company is proficient, surveys could be undertaken by individuals with as little as 6 months’ experience. It is, therefore, not surprising that the quality of some asbestos surveys or the reports produced ranges from mediocre to poor.

Third party auditing is a valuable method for ensuring that a high quality service is provided and ultimately that no-one is accidentally exposed to asbestos.

Our audits are conducted electronically on site to check for compliance with HSE guidance and legislation and the report is available within 24 hours which enables correction and preventative actions to be raised and implemented.
